Why is there a fee on online payments?
The payment gateway charges a transaction fee. It is deducted from the amount sent, so the church receives the gross amount minus that fee. Bank deposit has no gateway fee.
What’s the difference between EFTS and OTC?
EFTS is an electronic / online transfer — use the account name New Life The Fort. Over-the-counter deposits use New Life Christian Center (The Fort), Inc.
